The White Negroni originally began as a riff on the classic Negroni but has since taken on a life of its own. The absence of the Campari results in a slightly less bitter cocktail but will still appeal to Negroni and Gin lovers alike due to its deliciously bittersweet taste profile. This drink is lighter, more floral and slightly sweeter than its seductive older sister.

• Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. (As if you needed encouragement!)
• Chill this bottle of canary yellow joy, stir over ice and strain into an ice filled Rocks Glass.
• Feelin’ Fancy? To take the presentation of your cocktail up a notch and garnish like a pro, cut a thumbnail sized “coin” of Orange or Lemon peel being careful to avoid the bitter white pith on the underside of the skin and throw it into your drink. The White Negroni is the brainchild of British bartender Wayne Collins who created this easy drinking aperitif at VinExpo, a beverage trade show in Bordeaux, France in 2001. Collins wanted to reinvent the beloved classic but feature more locally produced ingredients.
We can all be thankful he stuck with Gin as the traditional liquor base but decided to switch up the Campari and Sweet Vermouth. To replace those two stalwarts, he reached for the Lillet Blanc, a wine-based aperitif which does the work of the Vermouth and a bottle of Suze, a bittersweet liqueur produced using the gentian root that plays the role of the bittering agent and gives this luscious cocktail its vibrant yellow colouring.

Orders are shipped from Melbourne via Australia Post within 2 business days of being placed.
Business Address: We recommend having your order shipped to a Business Address where someone over the age of 18 is available to sign for the package during business hours. Please include the name of the business and if the delivery can be left at reception.
Residential Address: If the address is within a secure building please ensure that the recipient will be home on the day of delivery or alternatively specify a safe location where the gift can be left. If Australia Post cannot leave the gift in a safe location the delivery will be carded and taken to the nearest post office.
