• Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. (As if you needed encouragement!)

• Chill this bottle of flamingo pink joy, shake over ice and strain into a chilled, salt rimmed Margarita Glass. We also like our Margs served chilled and poured straight into a salt rimmed, ice filled rocks glass with a wedge of lime thrown in.

• Don’t have a cocktail shaker? No problem, use a mason or jam jar with a tight-fitting lid or simply pour into an ice filled glass and stir for 30 seconds before straining into your chilled glass of choice. The longer you shake or stir, the more diluted your cocktail will become.

• You can also pop it in the freezer for a half hour before pouring into a chilled glass.

• Feelin' Fancy? Rimming your glass with salt maybe the traditional garnish for a Marg but there's so much room for creativity. Try different citruses to wet the rim, coarsenesses and colours of salt and experiment with the full rim, half the rim or just a patch. It's difficult to choose a favourite from the many plausible accounts of the origins of the Margarita so instead I'd like to share a delightful article that sums up the soul of this much loved cocktail, published on the 8th December 1954 in the Los Angeles Times "Cityside" column by Gene Sherman.

"ROSARITO BEACH - In the afternoon you sip a Margarita and gaze pensively across the wide strand. This is a sort of Mexican daiquiri belted hard by the international set at Acapulco. Tequila Cointreau and lemon juice. Salt the rim of the glass like you sugar a daiquiri.

They carry a big stick gently. When sipped in the afternoon, they mellow the memory of morning and tinsel the prospect of evening. I get the impression they were named for a sultry lady who was the toast of the foreign colony, although margarita is also Spanish for daisy. And it figures."

Orders are shipped from Melbourne via Australia Post within 2 business days of being placed.

Business Address: We recommend having your order shipped to a Business Address where someone over the age of 18 is available to sign for the package during business hours. Please include the name of the business and if the delivery can be left at reception.

Residential Address:  If the address is within a secure building please ensure that the recipient will be home on the day of delivery or alternatively specify a safe location where the gift can be left. If Australia Post cannot leave the gift in a safe location the delivery will be carded and taken to the nearest post office.
